Studless winter tyres

Studless winter tyres from Nokian

MAX1 stocks Nokian studless winter tyres (hard-grain compound). These winter tyres are designed by Nokian's Finnish experts, who know northern conditions better than anyone – except perhaps Icelanders.

Nokian studless winter tyres are a great choice because they come as close as you can get to studs without actually having them. Nokian's tyre design is unique: the tyres give excellent grip yet are exceptionally quiet and fuel-efficient, and cause less road wear than studded tyres. The secret is industrial diamonds (New Cryo Crystal Concept), which give grip similar to studs. On icy surfaces, however, studded tyres are still the best choice.

Nokian places great emphasis on environmentally sound production methods. Technically, Nokian studless tyres excel in comfort, road safety and in conditions where severe winter weather makes it hard to get where you are going.
